Assist in employee service **Responsibilities:** Support recruitment and selection processes by screening resumes according to job requirements; Assist in scheduling interviews and contacting candidates; Support job posting on internal and external platforms and channels; Organize and update spreadsheets and records for selection processes; Support verification of admission documents; Assist in tracking candidates throughout the selection process stages; Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department; File and maintain physical and digital documents in order. Provide employee service and staff information desks **Requirements:** * Be between 17 and 19 years old * Currently enrolled in high school or higher education, or have already completed high school * Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Demonstrate proactivity and strong communication skills (preferred) **Working Hours:** * From 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
