Accounting Coordinator

**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Not specified * Coordinate and supervise the company's accounting, tax, and fiscal routines, ensuring financial information compliance and fulfillment of legal and ancillary obligations. Manage the accounting team, overseeing journal entries, reconciliations, monthly closings, trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements; * Conduct accounting and managerial analyses, ensuring correct classification of revenues, costs, and expenses, while supporting executive management in strategic decision-making through financial reports and indicators. Coordinate calculation of federal, state, and municipal taxes, as well as submission of ancillary obligations (SPEDs, EFD, DCTF, among others); * Participate in tax planning, internal process reviews, and strengthening of accounting and tax compliance controls and practices. Provide support during internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory agency requests; * Promote integration among HR, Finance, Sales, Inventory Control, and other departments, ensuring alignment of accounting and financial information. Monitor updates to accounting and tax legislation, guaranteeing the company's processes comply with current regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Prior experience in accounting coordination or leadership roles; * Solid knowledge of tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real); * Proficiency in accounting, tax, and ERP systems; * Knowledge of ancillary obligations and tax legislation; * Analytical ability and capacity to interpret financial statements; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. **Benefits:** No benefits specified
