




Job Summary: The professional will mentor youth in classroom settings, deliver training sessions, provide pedagogical support and educational guidance, and plan activities. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative, proactive, and communicative profile Description: Mentor youth in classroom settings; Conduct monitoring via the pedagogical management system; Deliver training on learning content and support youth-oriented training sessions; Provide educational guidance to groups and families; Plan activities. Prerequisites: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Social Sciences, History, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Experience in training youth, adults, and vulnerable groups. * Collaborative, proactive, and communicative profile * **Technological proficiency is desirable.** * Must reside in Ribeirão Preto/SP. * Workload: 24 hours per week (Monday, 08:00–17:00; Wednesday and Friday, 09:00–18:00\).
