Electrical Process Engineer

The Electrical Process Engineer will be responsible for providing support to manufacturing operations in coil and winding production areas. This professional's mission is to study, develop, implement, and review electrical manufacturing processes, serving as the technical reference for coil manufacturing, stator and rotor winding processes, as well as electrical validation tests for these processes. **Job Description** =================== **Key Responsibilities** * Study, develop, implement, and review electrical manufacturing processes, including coil production, stator and rotor winding, and performing electrical tests to validate these processes. * Support the factory during process execution by clarifying doubts and collaborating with product engineering to ensure quality and compliance with technical specifications. * Develop and implement continuous improvement plans, identifying new technologies and presenting case studies for CAPEX approval. * Conduct tooling due diligence in partnership with internal teams or suppliers, including site visits to identify optimal process solutions. * Identify and address process non-conformities by implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Train factory personnel on new processes, clarify doubts, and build team capability in assigned areas. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. * Prior experience as an engineer or specialist in electrical testing, coil manufacturing, or stator winding processes. * Experience creating technical reports, process instructions, spreadsheets, and presentations. * Intermediate Excel skills (data manipulation, creation of pivot tables, applying filters, generating data analysis, charts, etc.). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Desirable** * Operational experience in executing electrical tests, winding, or related processes for electric rotating machinery manufacturing. * Fluent English. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
