Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, supporting continuous improvements, maintaining accurate records, and working in a collaborative environment. Structured communication with candidates Human Resources Analyst \- Ribeirão Preto/SP Your responsibilities will include: " Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from aligning job requirements to finalizing the process; " Providing structured and recurring feedback to candidates; " Supporting continuous improvement of processes to ensure increasingly effective recruitment and selection; " Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment stages; " Posting external job openings; " Proactively sourcing and approaching candidates via LinkedIn; " Screening resumes; " Conducting interviews by phone, video, or in person; " Utilizing diverse recruitment sources—including social media, databases, and job fairs—to attract qualified candidates; " Understanding other HR subsystems (e.g., time tracking, benefits, onboarding, training) to support the HR team. . Essential Requirements: " Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. " Solid experience and knowledge of recruitment and selection practices in the Facilities sector; " Relevant work experience; " Ability to work independently and collaboratively; " Ability to handle confidential information ethically and professionally; " Excellent communication skills; " Residency in Ribeirão Preto.
