Key responsibilities: * Structure and conduct performance analyses (revenue, costs, profitability, market share, productivity, SLAs, NPS, and others). * Apply problem-solving methodology (problem definition, hypothesis generation, analysis, synthesis) to strategic and continuous improvement topics. * Develop and monitor BU key performance indicators (KPIs), proposing adjustments and corrective actions. * Support the formulation, prioritization, and execution of the business unit’s strategic plan. * Conduct market analyses and industry benchmarking for investment funds and fiduciary/securities services to inform decisions. * Prepare executive materials (presentations and reports) for senior management, featuring clear, concise, and decision-oriented messaging. * Collaborate on cross-functional projects with areas such as Operations, Products, Sales, Risk, Controllership, and Technology. * Identify opportunities for operational efficiency gains, process automation, and optimization of resource allocation. * Support evaluation of new products, services, and partnerships for the Securities Services unit. * Ensure consistency, quality, and robustness of databases used in analyses. **What We’re Looking For** -------------------- **Essential Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Solid experience in: * Strategy, performance, planning, or business intelligence roles within financial institutions, or prior experience in management/strategy consulting (preferred). * Relevant experience in the investment fund and/or fiduciary/securities services industry (administration, custody, controllership, recordkeeping, etc.). * Proven experience with analytical, data-driven projects focused on performance improvement and/or strategy definition. Technical requirements: * Proficiency in problem-solving methodology (structuring problems, prioritizing hypotheses, designing analyses, synthesizing insights). * Strong analytical capability, comfortable using data intensively for decision-making. * Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, sensitivity analysis). * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Knowledge of major investment products (open/closed-end funds, structured funds, FIDCs, FIPs, ETFs, pension funds, etc.). * Understanding of the operational workflow of Securities Services (fund administration, custody, fund controllership, pricing, settlement, etc.). * Ability to build and maintain economic-financial performance models (margins, cost allocation, product/customer profitability).
