Job Summary: A professional to conduct remote technical inspections, document information, analyze electrical projects, issue reports, and support field teams—ensuring effective communication and technical standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Technical inspections via video call and documentation of information. 2. Analysis of floor plans, diagrams, and electrical projects. 3. Remote support for field teams and communication with customers. Responsibilities: Conduct technical inspections via video call with customers, evaluating physical infrastructure, electrical standards, and connection points. Record and document collected information (photos, measurements, technical observations) in the internal system. Analyze floor plans, diagrams, and electrical projects submitted by customers. Issue technical inspection reports identifying compliance status, required adjustments, and potential risks. Provide remote support to field teams during installation, clarifying technical questions in real time. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and understood. Participate in technical meetings and contribute to improvements in inspection processes and technical standardization. Adhere to company standards for quality, safety, and customer service. Requirements: Education: Completed technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields. Experience in electrical installations, field inspections, or building maintenance. Specific knowledge: Interpretation of single-line diagrams and technical specifications. NR-10 and NR-35 regulations. Basic knowledge of networks, IT, and video conferencing systems.
