Mail receipt Dana Cosméticos \| Itatiba \- SP \| On-site Job Description At Grupo Dana, the Doorman will be responsible for access control of people and vehicles, performing front desk duties, registering visitors, providing guidance on internal policies and security. Direct reporting to the Industrial Head. Responsibilities and Duties * Greeting people at the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for visitors. * Collecting and entering personal data and visit-related information. * Guiding visitors on disciplinary and security rules during their stay at the company. * Controlling entry and exit of cargo vehicles, verifying delivery notes, inspecting vehicles, and conducting searches when necessary. * Receiving mail. * Managing visitor and vehicle flow within company premises. * Performing other related and inherent tasks.
