Our energy drives dreams, ideas, and lives… We use our energy to change people’s lives!** **Join us?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Support administrative routines:** --------------------------------------- * Issuing outbound invoices (e.g., cargo coverage, sales, loan-for-use, exchanges, shipments, scrap, among others); * Recording and registering inbound invoices (e.g., returns, loan-for-use, exchanges, loans, shipments) for tax purposes; * Archiving and organizing physical and digital documents; * Supporting branch administrative routines; * Sending, tracking, and managing emails with related departments; * Responding to customer requests in the Salesforce system; * Maintaining customer records (state registration numbers, teams); * Creating service tickets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school (night classes preferred); * Pursuing or having completed higher education or technical training is a plus; * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Availability to work 6 hours per day; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** **Here, you’ll find:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Transportation allowance.
