We are hiring a **Senior Requirements Analyst** to join the ED team, working on a strategic digital transformation project focused on judicial process management with strong interaction with business areas and end users. **Remote work — availability required for in-person meetings in Brasília** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements; * Conduct meetings with users and business areas to understand needs; * Map, analyze, and propose improvements to business processes using BPMN; * Author user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flows; * Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, developers, and testing team; * Support prioritization and organization of the product backlog; * Support user acceptance testing, refinements, and validation of deliverables; * Assist in test case development; * Facilitate communication between technical and business areas; * Produce functional documentation and support training when necessary. * Provide user support and assistance to business area users **Requirements and Qualifications** What enhances your chances: * Experience with legal/judicial systems * Experience with tools such as Bizagi and Redmine * Experience in process mapping * Certifications related to requirements or processes * Residency in Brasília, for occasional in-person meetings **Must-Have:** * Solid experience as a Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst; * Experience in eliciting and specifying requirements; * Knowledge of business process mapping and modeling (BPMN); * Experience working with agile methodologies; * Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with users and stakeholders; * Analytical capability and business-oriented mindset; * Experience authoring user stories, workflows, and business rules; * Strong writing and documentation organization skills; * Collaborative, proactive profile with a problem-solving focus; * User support for business area users. *Soft Skills:* * Excellent interpersonal communication; * Active listening and empathy toward users; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Negotiation and mediation skills; * Organization and sense of priority; * Strategic vision and focus on continuous improvement. **Contract Type: PJ (Individual Contractor)** **Bonus** * Profit and Results Sharing Program **(Semester-based PLR)**, reinforcing our commitment to performance recognition. **Ready to take on this challenge with us?** Apply now and help us build the future with ED
