The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software development projects, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills. This professional must possess deep technical knowledge and expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), as they will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and extending the IBM OpenPages platform to meet an organization’s complex risk and regulatory compliance management needs. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for modeling objects and developing workflows, ensuring the GRC solution is robust, efficient, and accurately reflects the company’s business processes. **Business Knowledge:** Familiarity with the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) domain. **Strong knowledge in:** Object Modeling and Configuration (Object Models). Workflows. Security (Security, Roles, Security Domains). Development of Triggers, Helpers, and Custom JSPs (JavaServer Pages). Developing reporting and dashboard solutions using tools such as IBM Cognos Analytics integrated with OpenPages. Developing and configuring Workflows to automate GRC processes (e.g., approvals, incident management, risk lifecycle). Configuring object models, hierarchies, security profiles, and business rules in OpenPages.
