Job Description
You will be responsible for performing low- and medium-complexity preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance activities on machines and equipment, in accordance with maintenance schedules and requests.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Conduct inspections of machines and equipment under supervision, verifying their operation, identifying defects, and reporting anomalies to your immediate supervisor.
* Perform failure analysis (identification of faults) on equipment under supervision, specifying required materials, tools, and maintenance services.
* Respond to preventive and corrective maintenance demands under supervision, assessing wear on mechanical parts and components.
* Carry out maintenance on machines and equipment under supervision, including disassembly, assessment, repair of defects, fault analysis, replacement of damaged parts, and testing.
* Perform tests and adjustments on repaired machines and equipment under supervision.
* Complete the Maintenance Order (MO) with information regarding the work performed.
* Conduct tests and minor maneuvers on surface mobile equipment and operate maintenance support equipment and vehicles, when qualified and authorized to do so.
* Support maintenance planning by evaluating operating conditions and performance of machine and equipment components.
* Assist with lubrication of machines, components, and tools.
* Replace bearings, transmission belts, motors, and perform shaft alignment.
Qualifications
**The profile we seek for this position:**
* Completed High School with a Professional Training Course
* NR 12 / NR 35 certification
* Driver’s License Category B (Desirable)
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
* Residency in Conceição do Mato Dentro/MG, Serro/MG, Congonhas do Norte/MG, Dom Joaquim/MG, or Alvorada de Minas/MG.
