Job Description You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities on equipment and facilities at the processing plant and mine, ensuring their integrity and proper functioning. You will also perform electrical maintenance and improvements on embedded systems and data networks, ensuring the integrity and proper functioning of electrical equipment and installations, in accordance with quality standards, deadlines, safety, and cost. **Key responsibilities include:** * Conduct risk analysis for planned activities by inspecting the work area, verifying unsafe conditions, documenting Daily Preliminary Risk Analysis (APRD) and Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR), and implementing measures to eliminate or minimize risks to prevent incidents. * Perform preventive electrical maintenance at the processing plant per the Work Order (OS), analyzing ventilation systems, contacts, panel cleaning, power and control cables, and equipment condition, identifying the need for electrical or mechanical intervention to request opening of specific maintenance OS. * Perform corrective maintenance as required and prioritized per the OS, locating faults, procuring necessary materials and parts, and completing the OS with a detailed description of the work performed. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pressure vessels, including replacement of valves, sensors, electric motors, oil, and other components, as scheduled, to ensure operational safety and compliance with applicable legislation. * Complete APR-D, identifying equipment type, isolating the equipment, and disconnecting circuit breakers at the power source to ensure safety during the activity. * Disconnect incoming transformers as needed for full shutdowns to isolate power for interventions. * Perform performance testing on equipment after maintenance by simulating normal operation to evaluate its performance before releasing it for operation. * Propose improvements and fabricate various parts for the processing operation (e.g., machine guards, workbenches, supports), optimizing resources for improved operational performance. * Connect new equipment to the power panel by laying power and control cables to supply energy for operation. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities—including power distribution networks, electric motors, and drives—per the maintenance plan and procedures issued by the planning team.
