**Job Description:** We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work in Florianópolis, focusing on contractual management and client relationship management. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of scope, deadlines, and quality of deliverables, acting as the focal point between the client and the technical team. The position requires strategic vision, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. **Responsibilities:** * Act as the primary interface with the client, ensuring alignment of expectations and requirements; * Coordinate contract execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality; * Monitor project progress alongside technical teams; * Control schedules, deliverables, and contract performance indicators; * Manage scope change requests (change requests); * Support contract financial management (measurements, invoicing, and addendums); * Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure contract performance; * Lead follow-up and status meetings with clients and stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Experience in contract management or project coordination; * Direct client-facing experience; * Knowledge of deadline control, scope management, and performance indicators; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and an analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in project-based companies or engineering consulting firms; * Knowledge of BIM and/or infrastructure projects; * Familiarity with project management tools. ### **Employment Type:** Individual Legal Entity (PJ) ### **Benefits:** Birthday Day Off, gogood gym membership, English classes, Paid time off ### **Department:** Operations
