Creating and updating processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and operational workflows **We are hiring \| Technical Monitoring Specialist / Technical Operations** Location: Campina do Siqueira District, Curitiba/PR We seek a technical professional to perform **monitoring, analysis, and support of critical systems**, ensuring operational reliability and rapid incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Monitor and analyze anomalies in **water, electrical power, gas, automation, and CCTV** systems ✔ Collaborate with Operations teams to correct technical deviations ✔ Open, track, and follow up on **technical service tickets**, coordinating with internal and third-party teams ✔ Analyze control panels, cameras, and equipment to ensure compliance with technical standards ✔ Conduct **root cause analysis (RCA)** and propose structural improvements ✔ Create and update **processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and operational workflows** ✔ Support the development of **KPIs, reports, and dashboards** (Excel / Power BI) Requirements: **Technical or Higher Education** (in progress or completed) in: Electrotechnology Electronics Industrial Automation Mechatronics Telecommunications Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering Desired Experience: Technical monitoring of systems Maintenance or technical support Reading and verifying control panels and equipment Performance indicators and continuous improvement Behavioral Competencies: ✔ Attention to detail ✔ Critical analysis and investigative mindset ✔ Clear communication ✔ Proactivity and organization ✔ Teamwork ✔ Resilience and fast learning Minimum Educational Requirement: Technical Course
