SENIOR DELIVERY ANALYST - FIXED-TERM CONTRACT

Description

**Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Ensure the integration integrity of the Mequi/Delivery app; * Ensure the integration integrity with third-party order platforms (3POs) (iFood, Rappi, Keeta, and 99Food); * Ensure the integration integrity with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) (Rappi Cargo and iFood on-demand); * Coordinate with franchisees regarding integration-related issues; * Perform validation and monitoring of setup activities; * Validate and monitor menu updates across platforms (3POs and in-house DLV) \- (images, prices, descriptions, names, positioning); * Draft and submit platform menu configuration requests; * Conduct POS registration tests for newly created keys and campaigns (pricing, structure, mechanics); * Lead integration testing for the full menu during national setup days; * Ensure delivery and execution of projects and improvements developed by integrated teams through validation and monitoring; * Draft communications to Flex franchisees; * Resolve integration deviations by opening and tracking support tickets (PLU adjustments, integrations, menus); * Responsible for creating and adjusting store segmentation \- menu updates; * Responsible for opening support tickets with Flex for new iFood, Rappi, DLP, Keeta, and 99Food stores; * Support field teams in reporting and resolving identified deviations; * Identify opportunities and improvements in operational activity workflows, with a focus on project development; * Align and communicate with restaurant teams (communications and alignment meetings with network stores and franchisees), identifying improvement opportunities in integrations and operations, as well as correcting deviations; * Lead all area setups, including menu updates and validations. **Essential qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of menu layout and user experience (e\-commerce); * Familiarity with PLU / Product codes / Item master data; * Advanced Excel (mandatory); **We’d love it if you also have:** * Proactivity; * Resilience; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork; * A profile demonstrating strong interest in continuous technical learning and development; * An analytical mindset with critical thinking skills. **Benefits that make everything even better:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Meal/food allowance; * Parking; * Commuter bus; * Remote work allowance; * Day Off; * Wellhub; * Hybrid work model.
