Description

**Job Responsibilities:** * Operate agricultural machinery and equipment, with focus on the Potting Machine; * Perform spraying of fertilizers, pesticides, and pest control using manual, backpack, and mechanical systems; * Monitor the Potting, Irrigation, Fertigation, Structures, and Transplanting sectors; * Conduct basic adjustments, cleaning, preservation, and preventive maintenance of agricultural equipment; * Carry out planting, transplanting, pollination, harvesting, tray preparation, pot filling, and pot alignment; * Perform control, collection, counting, and recordkeeping of seeds, plants, and agricultural experiments; * Dispose of plants in accordance with internal procedures and regulations; * Operate center-pivot, sprinkler, and drip irrigation systems, while also supporting fertigation activities; * Clean, preserve, and maintain green areas, structures, and operational environments; * Record operational data and log completed activities; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
