Job Summary: The Junior Industrial Mechanic E2G will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, supporting fault identification and workplace organization, always adhering to safety and quality standards. We are seeking a **Junior Industrial Mechanic E2G** to join the E2G team in **Guariba/SP**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment; Conduct daily inspections and checklists on operational equipment; Support identification of mechanical failures and improvement opportunities; Record completed services and complete maintenance work orders; Assist in organizing tools, parts, and the workplace; Adhere to the company’s safety, quality, and environmental standards; Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to enhance equipment availability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Completed high school education; Technical training in Mechanics or related fields is desirable; Preferred: Experience in rotating equipment maintenance and use of measuring tools (e.g., calipers); Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; Residence in Guariba/SP, Santa Ernestina/SP, Dobrada/SP, Taquaritinga/SP, Matão/SP, or Jaboticabal/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain day\-to\-day responsibilities and challenges.
