Job Summary: The professional will greet and serve customers, present the menu, serve food and beverages, assist customers in selecting meals/drinks, and support the team. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer satisfaction **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Greet customers upon entering the restaurant and seat them at tables; * Present the menu, serve food and beverages, and assist customers in selecting meals/drinks; * Deliver service and conduct sales according to the established practices document; * Support other restaurant staff, including kitchen and bar personnel; * Prepare beverages occasionally; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in food service; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. **It Would Be Great If You Have:** * Knowledge of the restaurant industry; * Customer service focused on satisfaction; * Proactivity and organizational skills.
