Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to manage restaurant operations, plan and supervise the team, manage schedules, and oversee inventory and products. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and product quality Requirements: \- Must be 18 years of age or older. \- Proven experience as a Team Leader, Coordinator, or Manager. \- Availability and flexibility in work schedule. ⚠ Jewelry and beards are prohibited (ANVISA requirement). Key Responsibilities: \- Assist the store manager. \- Assume responsibility for restaurant operations during shifts. \- Plan, correct, and supervise team activities. \- Manage employee time-off requests and scheduling. \- Oversee inventory management. \- Supervise product expiration dates and quality. \- Support general store operations. \- Perform other duties pertinent to the role.
