We look forward to your application — it will be a professional pleasure to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean all kitchen and dining room linens (dishes, baking dishes, and pots); * Clean equipment such as fryers, ovens, elevators, dishwashers, countertops, and cold rooms; * Ensure replenishment of dishes and utensils in kitchen and dining areas during operations; * Assist the kitchen team with minor tasks upon request; * Use cleaning supplies correctly to avoid waste; * Apply 5S practices in the workplace; * Remove trash as needed, properly sanitizing trash bins; * Conclude operations with all dishes and utensils stored and sinks thoroughly cleaned; * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work night shifts; * Prior experience; **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Health insurance via voluntary enrollment; * On-site meals; * Discount on internal consumption; * Basic food basket; We are a Group whose core business is hospitality, and we believe we can impact people’s lives through positive experiences and memorable moments.
