We are seeking an **Operator Area I Baling** to join the team of the **Chips Preparation and Log Yard Coordination**. This professional will be responsible for maintaining plant operations through field activities—including conducting operational inspections, performing maneuvers during startups and shutdowns, collecting samples for laboratory analysis—to adequately meet area requirements while complying with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Ensure continuous operational performance of baling lines by executing instructions received from the control panel operator; operating, monitoring, correcting, or requesting correction of any anomalies observed in equipment operation;
* Support and train apprentice/junior operators on equipment operation, adhering to safety standards and procedures;
* Conduct inspections and adjustments to verify equipment operating conditions, and authorize maintenance services when necessary;
* Repalletize damaged bales and inform logistics and the control panel operator of the quantity;
* Maintain frequent communication with other drying operators to proactively resolve potential issues affecting your unit;
* Support the Process Facilitator of PG (Process Group) when requested;
* Assist in developing and updating area procedures when requested.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:**
* Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pulp and Paper, Instrumentation, or related fields.
