**Job Description:** We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with leadership experience to work as a **Shopping Mall Housekeeping Manager**, responsible for supervising and ensuring the quality of cleaning, maintenance, and organization across all common areas of the property. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the shopping mall's cleaning and maintenance teams (in-house or outsourced); * Manage work schedules, days off, and team coverage; * Conduct routine inspections of common areas (restrooms, corridors, food courts, escalators, elevators, etc.); * Ensure compliance with the shopping mall's established hygiene and cleaning standards; * Request and manage cleaning supplies and equipment; * Train and guide staff on operational procedures and safety regulations; * Collaborate with maintenance and security departments to ensure smooth shopping mall operations; * Prepare activity and improvement reports.
