Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for Machining

**About the Position:** We are seeking an electromechanical maintenance technician to work with CNC machining machines. This professional will be responsible for:\-Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure full operational functionality;\-Diagnosing faults in electrical, mechanical, and industrial automation systems;\-Carrying out repairs and adjustments on numerical control (CNC) systems, frequency inverters, PLCs, and sensors;\-Carrying out repairs and adjustments on mechanical systems;\-Providing electromechanical technical support to production and associated manufacturing areas;\-Participating in the development of maintenance plans and improvements to electrical and mechanical systems;\-Working with brands and systems such as FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, among others;\-Monitoring and supervising third-party contractors performing maintenance; \-Planning and scheduling factory maintenance activities, subject to supervision approval. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields;\-Solid expertise in electro-electronic maintenance of CNC machines, with proven experience in systems such as FANUC, Siemens, and similar; * Practical experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of CNC machines in industrial environments, including vertical and horizontal machining centers, lathes, grinders, and milling machines; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and industrial automation schematics;\-Applied knowledge of NR-10 and NR-12 regulations, especially as they relate to machining systems;\-Applied knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system logic; * Analytical profile with strong diagnostic and fault-resolution capabilities in electrical and mechanical systems **About the Employer:** With decades of history, the hiring company—headquartered in Erechim (RS)—is a national and international reference in the metallurgical and metal-mechanical sectors, operating across foundry, machining, and other high-precision industrial technologies.
