Our AI-powered solutions enhance efficiency, fuel creativity, and empower more informed decision-making—enabling our teams to deliver innovative and impactful outcomes. **LOCATION: Vila Madalena, São Paulo - SP** **MODALITY: Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office** We are looking for a talented Content Planner responsible for leading content planning and execution for Brazil across multiple digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer engagement objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement effective content strategies to meet brand and client objectives across all necessary touchpoints, including social media, web, and email. * Generate engaging, customer-centric content that adds value to the customer experience. * Real-time content amplification strategy. * Lead narrative and format proposals, and guide and manage the content team (Content Producer and Community Manager). * Work closely with the creative team to develop content that is both strategically sound and creatively inspiring. * Maintain and manage the editorial content calendar in collaboration with internal teams and partner agencies. * Analyze data and leverage insights to inform content planning from conception through execution. * Monitor content performance and adapt strategies to optimize results. * Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and desired tone of voice. * Interact with community managers to gather insights on audience interactions and preferences. * Fluency in Portuguese and English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Experience in planning and developing digital content strategies. * Experience with media/performance formats, as well as consolidating and overseeing the development of integrated media plans—including messaging, special formats, and customer journey. * Experience working with influencers and creator content. * Strong analytical capability with the ability to extract actionable insights from data. * Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients. * Solid knowledge of content trends, culture, and emerging platforms. * Understanding and application of SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engines. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in content management and social media tools. * Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content planning is desirable; training will be provided. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance: R$ 46.00 per business day via Flash Card, no employee contribution; * Health Insurance: SulAmérica 100 R2, fully covered by employer—spouse and children may be added at full dependent cost; * Dental Insurance: SulAmérica Odonto, with three plan options available to employees (with payroll deduction); * Transportation Allowance: 6% of monthly gross salary or equivalent to employee-reported usage; * Life Insurance: Metlife, fully covered by employer; * Birthday Day Off: Celebrate and rest on your birthday!
