Your mission will be to lead the definition of the long-term vision (North Star) and ensure that innovation in AI and Cybersecurity is intrinsically aligned with the organization’s overarching business objectives. You will have high autonomy to navigate between strategic vision and excellence in execution, acting as a direct partner to Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead the consolidation and direction of product strategy, building robust business cases and defining roadmaps that will shape the future of our technology operations; Manage priorities and resources with full focus on ROI, commercial impact, and technical feasibility, leveraging advanced prioritization frameworks; Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from discovery through continuous evolution—proactively mitigating strategic risks; Ensure executive-level, transparent communication regarding product roadmaps and performance to stakeholders at all levels; Conduct in-depth competitive analyses to maintain differentiation and anticipate trends in AI and data security. **Requirements:** Proven, solid experience in software product management, preferably with focus on Data Science, Analytics, or Cybersecurity. Demonstrated ability to lead highly technically complex products and make critical business decisions. Practical experience leading generative AI-based products. Experience with scaled Agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Productboard, etc.). Advanced English proficiency Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technology fields. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Advanced Product Management certifications (e.g., PM3, international courses). Specialization in Business Management or ROI for digital products.
