You will handle financial control and analysis routines, supporting reconciliations, journal entries, and monitoring of key performance indicators. If you are organized, enjoy working with numbers, and wish to develop your career in a collaborative environment, **this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customer service. * Issue invoices for customers. * Support month-end closing. * Generate and update management reports and spreadsheets. * Monitor receipts (bank transfers, invoices, etc.). * Contribute to developing and optimizing financial processes. * Suggest process improvements and participate in drafting internal policies. * Daily verification of receivable due dates; prepare accounts receivable listing; prepare daily, weekly, monthly, or as-needed cash receipt forecasts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields. * Familiarity with TOTVS (Protheus) system is desirable. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Additional Information** Health insurance plan (Unimed); On-site meal; Meal allowance: R$ 303.00/month; Fuel allowance: R$ 200.00/month; Group life insurance; Extended maternity leave; Paternity leave (30 days); Mental health program; Birthday day off.
