Job Summary: In-person customer service, preparation of financial spreadsheets, support in management reporting, and monitoring of financial indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Practical learning environment with direct supervision **COLLECTIONS ADVISOR POSITION** \- In-person service to delinquent customers; \- Scheduling appointments via phone calls, WhatsApp/email messages; \- Supporting the preparation and updating of financial spreadsheets and management reports; \- Assisting in monitoring financial indicators (revenues, expenses, margins, delinquency, etc.); \- Supporting bank reconciliation and verification of financial entries; \- Assisting in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; \- Participating in financial and administrative planning meetings; \- Organizing financial documents and supporting administrative routines related to the department; \- Supporting improvements in financial processes, aiming for organization, efficiency, and control. Requirements: \- Residing in Valparaíso\-GO or nearby cities; \- Completed high school education; \- Technical or higher education in progress or completed will be considered advantageous (Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields); \- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines; \- Good verbal and written communication skills; \- Basic knowledge of Excel; Interest in learning about financial management, control, and planning; Availability to work with goals and deadlines. Fixed salary (R$1\.621,00\) \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Commissions; CLT, permanent position Workload: 44 hours per week Monday to Saturday: 8:40 AM to 6:00 PM \- Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
