Opportunity to apply knowledge in financial management **Full Job Description** **Location:** Rua Rubi, 100 \- Mundubim **Schedule:** Monday and Tuesday 07:00 to 18:00 \- Wednesday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 (Availability for overtime and weekend or holiday work required) **Job Mission** Ensure the effectiveness of financial processes, contributing to operational compliance and providing information support for effective strategic decision-making by senior management. **Main Responsibilities** Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations; Assist in controlling tax and cost-related information; Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital files; Control and update information in Excel spreadsheets; Provide assistance and support for other administrative, financial, and HR routines. **Requirements** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from the 4th semester onward in Financial Management, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; Minimum 6 months of experience in the role; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (mandatory); Knowledge of bank reconciliation and accounts payable. **Behavioral Profile** Attention to detail and results-oriented; Commitment and accountability; Strong communication skills and courtesy when interacting with colleagues and partners; Proactivity and willingness to learn and improve processes.
