People committed to making our society a space of citizenship—increasingly fair and culturally diverse. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record and verify invoices; * Monitor the payment process flow; * Perform Accounts Payable routines, including control, organization, and payment clearance; * Update, manage, and prepare supporting financial spreadsheets; * Maintain control and updating of bank slips and financial instruments; * Contact suppliers; * Support the organization of fiscal and financial documents; * Contribute to improving internal controls and financial organization within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Financial Management. Experience and knowledge of invoices, taxes, and Accounts Payable routines.
