




Job Summary: A customer service and prospecting professional responsible for in-person, telephone, and field sales, as well as proposal and customer portfolio follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in planning the store's commercial activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide telephone customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally via PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Register new proposals in the system; * Follow up on proposals during the evaluation process and communicate outcomes to customers (positive or negative); * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Collaborate with the supervisor on sales origination; * Assist management in planning store activities. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
