Job Summary: The Floor Auditor is responsible for safeguarding the store's asset security, preventing losses, monitoring the sales floor, and supporting the team in maintaining a safe environment. Monitoring and identification of suspicious behaviors The Floor Auditor is responsible for safeguarding the store's asset security, ensuring loss prevention, monitoring activities on the sales floor, and supporting the team in maintaining a safe environment for customers and employees. The role is preventive in nature, involving observation of suspicious behaviors, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and contributing to loss and theft reduction. Monitor the sales floor, observing customer and employee movement to prevent theft, damage, and irregularities. Identify suspicious behaviors and take preventive actions in accordance with company guidelines. Conduct internal patrols and inspect sensitive areas, storage rooms, and strategic points. Record incidents and immediately report any anomalies to supervisors or managers. Maintain overall store organization and security, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Support store opening and closing procedures when requested.
