Description

Job Summary: Responsible for full supply chain management, from goods receipt and inventory control to dispatch, delivery monitoring, and reverse logistics. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end order lifecycle management and inventory control 2. Delivery monitoring and freight rate negotiation 3. Reverse logistics operations and customer service Desirable knowledge in receiving and inspection: Receive goods, verify invoices, and inspect physical integrity of products. Inventory Control: Conduct periodic physical counts and monitor material inflows and outflows in the system. Manage the order lifecycle—from customer request through picking and packaging—ensuring speed and accuracy. Delivery Monitoring (Tracking): Monitor transportation in real time, contacting drivers and carriers to ensure on-time delivery. Freight Quotation and Negotiation: Research carrier pricing, negotiate delivery timelines and freight costs. Fleet Management: Support fuel management, vehicle maintenance, and route planning. Customer Service: Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve delivery-related issues. Reverse Logistics: Manage product return flows, handling exchanges and returns. Business hours, Monday to Friday. Proven work experience and employment stability. Reside in Pinhais / Campina Grande do Sul / Colombo.
