Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing receiving, inspection, inventory control, order cycle, delivery monitoring, freight quotation, and reverse logistics. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end supply chain and logistics management 2. Focus on receiving, inventory, and shipping 3. Engagement in reverse logistics and customer service Desirable knowledge in receiving and inspection: Receive goods, verify invoices, and inspect physical integrity of products. Inventory Control: Conduct periodic inventories (physical counts) and monitor material inflows and outflows in the system. Manage the order cycle from customer request through picking and packaging, ensuring speed and accuracy. Delivery Monitoring (Tracking): Monitor transportation in real time, contacting drivers and carriers to ensure on-time delivery. Freight Quotation and Logistics: Research carrier rates, negotiate delivery timelines and freight costs. Fleet Management: Support fuel management, vehicle maintenance, and route planning. Customer Service: Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve delivery-related issues. Reverse Logistics: Responsible for product return flows, handling exchanges and returns. Business hours from Monday to Friday. Proven experience and employment stability. Reside in Pinhais / Campina Grande do Sul / Colombo.
