Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing receipt, inspection, inventory, order cycle, delivery tracking, freight quotation, and reverse logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Manages receipt, inspection, and inventory control. 2. Coordinates the entire order cycle, from customer to delivery. 3. Handles reverse logistics, exchanges, and returns. Desirable knowledge in receipt and inspection: Receive goods, verify invoices, and inspect physical integrity of products. Inventory Control: Conduct periodic inventories (physical counts) and monitor material inflows and outflows in the system. Manages the order cycle, from customer request through picking and packaging, ensuring speed and accuracy. Delivery Monitoring (Tracking): Monitor transportation in real time, contacting drivers and carriers to ensure on-time delivery. Freight Quotation and Shipping Costs: Research carrier rates, negotiate delivery timelines and shipping costs. Fleet Management: Support fuel management, vehicle maintenance, and route planning. Customer Service: Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve delivery-related issues. Reverse Logistics: Responsible for product return flows, handling exchanges and returns. Business hours, Monday to Friday. Proven experience and job stability. Reside in Pinhais / Campina Grande do Sul / Colombo.
