In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will: * Provide on-site support for requests originating from São Paulo office users through official support channels (Chat, Phone, ServiceNow), qualifying, logging, and resolving various challenges. * Install, configure, and support both commercial solutions (Microsoft Windows/Office 365/Adobe, etc.) and proprietary solutions. * Perform intensive asset management and periodic reporting via ServiceNow. * Execute rollout of desktop computers. * Possess basic knowledge of network solutions and troubleshooting (MS Azure, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Manage maintenance of assets (laptops/mobile phones/printers) together with manufacturers and vendors.
