Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst to provide advanced technical support, administer the IT environment, and manage technology projects in the hospitality industry. Key Highlights: 1. IT project planning and monitoring, and technical team guidance. Position: Senior IT Analyst Salary: R$ 5\.588,90 \+ BONUS Description: We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst for the Hospitality sector. Responsibilities: * Provide advanced-level technical support to users, resolving incidents and requests related to hardware, software, systems, and infrastructure; * Administer, monitor, and maintain the IT environment, ensuring service availability, stability, and security; Manage servers, networks, corporate equipment, and systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance as needed; * Plan, implement, and monitor technology projects, proposing solutions that enhance hotel operational efficiency; * Manage access controls, permissions, and information security policies, ensuring compliance with corporate standards; * Perform installation, configuration, and updates of equipment, operating systems, applications, and software used in operations; * Monitor backups, antivirus systems, updates, and other controls related to IT service continuity; * Support integration of new systems and technologies, ensuring correct implementation and operation; * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, operational procedures, and technology asset inventory; * Collaborate with vendors and corporate teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements; * Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the IT team, sharing knowledge and best practices; * Comply with and promote company-established information security policies, standards, and operational procedures. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related IT fields. * Solid prior experience in advanced technical support, system administration, and IT infrastructure management. * Practical experience administering servers, managing networks, and implementing information security policies. * Proficiency in backup routines, corporate antivirus tools, and technology asset management. * Experience in IT project planning, technical documentation, and project monitoring. * Technical leadership profile for team guidance, strong communication skills, and focus on resolving complex problems. * Relevant technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Certified, etc.) * Knowledge of agile project management methodologies. **Desirable (Preferred):** * Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality sector
