**PL Product Development Analyst - Engineering | Catalão/GO** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday; **Working Hours:** 7:20 AM to 5:08 PM; **Work Mode:** On-site; **Location:** BR 050 Highway, Km 283, DIMIC, Catalão/GO. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop medium-complexity automotive systems and integrate technologies into products under development and/or revision; * Prepare technical documentation for components, including 2D and 3D drawings, assembly instructions, and bills of materials; * Develop test plans for new products, monitor testing procedures, and critically evaluate test results; * Propose product modifications aimed at cost reduction; * Provide technical support to suppliers and HPE internal teams to ensure correct understanding of design metrics, defining necessary elements for project execution; * Assist in preparing technical instructions for the dealership network responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance in the field. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in product development within the automotive industry; * Knowledge of Quality and Process tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and GD\&T); * Knowledge of Automotive Mechanics (Engines, Transmissions, Body Structures, Interior Finishes), Automotive Electrical Systems, Technical Drawing, and Catia/Solidworks; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Availability to work on-site in Catalão/GO. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Profit Sharing Program (PPR); * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Meal Allowance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Club Membership Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Transportation; * On-site Meals; * E-learning Platform; * Special discounts on various insurance products; * Childcare Assistance; * Wellhub (Gympass). **HPE** Automotores do Brasil manufactures and distributes **Mitsubishi Motors** and **Suzuki** vehicles and is the official representative of these brands in Brazil.
