The professional will operate machine and equipment monitoring systems, analyze data, and contribute to improving production processes, while also supporting team development.

Independently perform the most complex activities in the area of control and monitoring of machines, equipment, and instruments using the company's Integrated Operations Center computer system, and prepare daily reports focused on increasing productivity and resolving equipment issues. Strive for process efficiency and achievement of targets. Act as a catalyst for the development of other team members by providing support and training, aiming for process standardization and delivery quality.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Operate the computer system that monitors the operation of machines, equipment, and field instruments, verifying equipment functionality to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
Perform production process control within their department;
Dose chemical inputs, if required in their department, and operate equipment, pumps, and other process units;
Monitor maintenance activities on machines and equipment, making corresponding adjustments to the production process;
Operate the industry’s control system via network-connected computers;
Operate mills, pumps, fermenters, heat exchangers, and other equipment within the department;
Perform analysis and preparation of daily occurrence logs, equipment downtime records, production reports, and quality reports, aiming to identify deviations from production standards and implement appropriate corrective actions;
Interpret production orders and adjust machine and process parameters accordingly;
Communicate information to other team members—both those on the same shift and others—verbally and in writing;
Assess the condition of machines, equipment, parts, and tools used in the production process, identifying root causes of equipment malfunction to facilitate necessary repairs;
Contribute ideas for new operational methodologies and procedures to enhance production process effectiveness and improvement;
Measure chemical dosages and collect samples, if required;
Read process parameters and enter data into established checklists, reports, and forms;
Monitor process quality, sanitation, and parameters;
Collect samples for high-complexity physicochemical analyses;
Perform tasks in confined spaces following NR-33 regulations;
Accompany maintenance teams during equipment servicing;
Perform cleaning and organization of work areas;
Carry out tasks of equivalent complexity upon request;
Perform job-related activities in strict compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job and departmental duties. Bear responsibility for promptly reporting to their immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to their own health or that of fellow workers;
Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information;
Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness;
Safeguard company property under their responsibility, immediately reporting any problems or damage detected to their immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education;
Professional experience preferred;
