NOC Analyst - Level 1

Job Summary: Work in network engineering and NOC operations within multi-vendor environments, critical infrastructure, and telecom provider support, focusing on monitoring, event analysis, and troubleshooting. Key Highlights: 1. FTTH environment experience (ONU, ONT, OLT) 2. Experience in identifying fiber breaks 3. Key Responsibilities: * FTTH environment operations involving ONU, ONT, and OLT * Provisioning * Remote reboot * Concentrator modification * Event mapping and analysis using GeoGrid (identification of physical area breaks and failures) * Network monitoring using Zabbix and LibreNMS; experience in identifying fiber breaks * Dispatching field teams * Basic knowledge of MPLS validation; full lifecycle management of tickets in ITSM tools — opening, closing, and tracking * Technical N1/N2 experience in 24x7 operational environments * Experience with OS \- ERP \- Service Order creation Technical Requirements: * Prior NOC Telecom experience * Knowledge of IP networks and FTTH topologies * Experience with monitoring tools * Analytical capability to identify physical and logical faults * Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams and clients Preferred Qualifications: * Multi\-vendor environment experience * Knowledge of VLAN, GPON, and Layer 2 troubleshooting * Experience with SLA and operational KPIs * Experience in night shift monitoring and on-call duty Behavioral Profile: * Proactivity * Sense of urgency * Organization * Ability to work under pressure * Ownership mindset Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have availability to work on-site (schedule defined by operations)? * Have you previously worked in critical environments (e.g., NOC, Datacenter, Telecom, 24x7 Operations)?
