Airport Operations Assistant

Description

Provide support for daily operational activities at the aerodrome, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while performing practical tasks within the passenger terminal, runway, and aircraft ramp areas—requiring attention to detail and commitment to high safety standards—thereby directly contributing to the smooth execution of airport routines and infrastructure maintenance, supporting the achievement of operational objectives of the Rede Voa network. Assist in monitoring and controlling operational activities on the ramp, runway, and passenger terminal, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards established by ANAC \- National Civil Aviation Agency and ICAO \- International Civil Aviation Organization. Monitor aircraft movement on the ramp, ensuring compliance with operational safety procedures during refueling, boarding, deplaning, and cargo handling. Support the organization and maintenance of the operational terminal by verifying cleanliness, signage, and proper arrangement of shared equipment. Inspect airport infrastructure conditions (ramp, runway, terminal), reporting repair needs, malfunctions, or any identified irregularities. Assist in operational emergency situations, such as runway incidents or delays, helping minimize impacts on operations. Support resolution of operational problems and incidents, following guidance from the Airport Operations Analyst. Serve as an immediate support point for urgent matters related to passenger service, airlines, or service providers, directly contributing to a positive experience for passengers, airlines, and other stakeholders of the Rede Voa network. Complete operational records, reports, and checklists, ensuring traceability and standardization of processes. Monitor usage of operational equipment and ensure its proper maintenance and storage. Support implementation of SGSO/SMS \- Operational Safety Management System guidelines, ensuring safe practices are followed during all aerodrome activities. Participate in periodic emergency response training, including evacuation and fire suppression.
