This professional’s mission will be to support the identification of digital threats, handle customer requests, and collaborate on incident reporting and mitigation with providers and platforms. Responsibilities: * Monitor and identify potential threats in digital environments (web, social media, marketplaces, forums, etc.); * Respond to customer requests via ticketing systems, ensuring clarity and responsiveness; * Conduct initial analyses of reported security incidents; * Report threats to providers and platforms following internal procedures; * Support the team in threat identification, investigation, and evidence collection routines; * Maintain organized and up-to-date records of activities and incidents. Preferred Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or completed degree in related fields (Information Security, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Networking, etc.); * Prior experience in technical support, ticket handling, or security analysis; * Familiarity with threat intelligence and OSINT tools; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, and digital security best practices; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Strong written and interpersonal communication skills; * Proactivity and willingness for continuous learning. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
