Main Responsibilities Understand and comply with company policies regarding environmental preservation, occupational health and safety standards, product quality, food safety (FSSC 22\.000\), code of ethics, compliance, human resources, mission, philosophy, vision, and corporate values, aligning personal conduct with established strategies and objectives; Perform visual inspections on pallets of finished caps, verifying whether product quality meets established quality standards in procedures, and determining material disposition (approved or rejected); in case of nonconforming product identification, notify the shift quality supervisor for appropriate material handling; After pre-packaging visual inspection, perform pallet preparation and stretch-wrapping according to IT \- Procedure for Final Pallet Packaging; Conduct final inspection and complete the finished pallet inspection checklist per FO \- Visual Inspection of Finished Pallets, verifying items such as: presence of torn bags, pallet layout, laser engraving quality, product code, conformity between bag label and laser marking, among others; Organize the workstation by performing cleaning and area demarcation identification, practicing 6S, and other assigned workplace organization activities; Practice the concept of continuous improvement by adhering to and enforcing good practices in quality, safety, environment, food safety, and 6S; Support other quality-related activities as requested by supervision; Replace strapping tape rolls, clean strapping machines, and perform autonomous maintenance on wrapping-area equipment; Prepare shift reports documenting occurrences related to final inspection, including generation of HFI’s (Holding for Inspections) and their disposition; Maintain communication with the shift analyst regarding all nonconformities or opportunities identified in your process; Report shift occurrences and pending items during shift handover with other inspectors; Participate in continuous improvement projects and programs, contributing improvement ideas and participating in TPM/AMPS projects and others;
