Technical education in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields. 2\. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Dairy Technician or in similar roles. 3\. Technical knowledge of milk pasteurization, filtration, sterilization, and packaging processes. 4\. Ability to operate and maintain specialized equipment under optimal conditions. 5\. Knowledge of food quality and safety standards, such as HACCP and GMP. 6\. Effective communication skills in Portuguese and, preferably, English. 7\. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive work environment. **\*\*Responsibilities:** \*\* 1\. Operate and control milk production equipment. 2\. Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the entire production process. 3\. Maintain accurate production and quality records. 4\. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. 5\. Comply with workplace safety and hygiene regulations. 6\. Collaborate with other departments to ensure production efficiency.
