**Job Opening: SDR - Pre-sales (B2B) - Garage Equipamentos** **Location: Pinhais - PR** **Employment Type: CLT | 100% in-person** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48.** **About the Company:** Garage Equipamentos is a company specialized in distributing automotive repair equipment, focusing on solutions for bodywork, painting, and industrial processes within the automotive sector. With over 20 years of market presence, the company stands out by pursuing innovative technologies and partnering with reputable domestic and international manufacturers, ensuring quality and high performance for its customers. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** Customer service via WhatsApp, email, and occasionally by phone. Adaptability across different outreach approaches: Direct leads (already know what they want) Consultative leads (require investigation and understanding) Intensive use of CRM with mandatory fields and stage tracking. Need for organization and discipline when entering information. Management and organization of incoming leads (website, campaigns, inbound). Lead qualification (collecting information such as CNPJ, profile, and requirements). Data registration and updates in the CRM. Lead classification and routing to the closer. Support in initial technical understanding of the request. Lead reactivation and nurturing when necessary. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the automotive segment Familiarity with CRM (Kommo) **What We Expect From You:** Strong communication skills and ease of interaction. Flexibility (not rigid or inflexible). Active listening. Ability to adapt to customer needs. Organizational skills and attention to process details. Proactivity and sense of responsibility.
