Apply now and help build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and duties** End-to-end involvement in the design process (discovery to delivery) * Lead **UI design** for high-volume demand scenarios * Collaborate closely with Product (PO) and development teams * Manage priorities and deliveries across **two squads** * **Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of design solutions** * **Participate in the evolution of legacy products (current phase)** * **Advance toward a more strategic role involving:** * **Discovery** * Conducting **experiments** * Defining the future vision for **Campaigns and Broker Incentives** products **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience as a Product Designer (senior level) * Strong command of end-to-end design processes * UI Design expertise (prototyping, user flows, interaction, visual consistency) * Experience in agile, multidisciplinary environments * Experience with discovery (research, hypothesis formulation, validation) * Experience with financial products, insurance, or partner ecosystems (e.g., brokers) * Hands-on experience transforming legacy systems * Experience with metrics and experimentation (A/B testing, usability tests, etc.) **Additional information** We are the **Grupo SysMap**, comprising the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai** — an ecosystem of high-impact companies delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
