FCamara is seeking a professional with the technical and behavioral skills required to tackle the challenges of this role and make a significant contribution to the success of the Corporate Architecture area.
**Responsibilities and Assignments** **Business and Problem Analysis:**
➢ Identify and list business problems (subdomains) based on scenarios and requirements.
➢ Structure problems into relevant business subdomains.
➢ Identify high-level (top\-level) business capabilities required to support the company's strategy.
➢ Classify capabilities appropriately, demonstrating an understanding of how they relate to business objectives and identified problems.
➢ Extract and organize requirements from scenarios and specifications.
➢ Classify requirements (functional, non-functional, business, etc.).
➢ Connect requirements to business problems and identified capabilities.
**Architecture and Design:**
➢ Define the Target Architecture (TO\-BE) that resolves business problems and meets requirements.
➢ Identify transition architectures for gradual migration, if necessary.
➢ Ensure architecture alignment with defined architectural styles (e.g., Microservices).
➢ Define business-relevant value streams, demonstrating how capabilities and functionalities interconnect to generate value.
➢ Model interoperability among functionalities, illustrating how different system components communicate and exchange information. ➢ Identify Building Blocks (reusable components) within the architecture, demonstrating a focus on efficiency and standardization.
➢ Apply Microservices decomposition patterns (e.g., Domain\-Driven Design, Bounded Contexts) to ensure scalability, maintainability, and service independence.
**Frameworks and Methodologies:**
➢ Apply the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) in project contexts.
➢ Justify choices of guides, approaches, and frameworks used (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT).
➢ Adapt frameworks and methodologies to the specific needs of each project, demonstrating flexibility and pragmatism.

**Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience:**
➢ Proven experience in large-scale software architecture projects, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
➢ Practical experience defining and implementing microservices-oriented architectures.
➢ Experience using architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
**Technical Knowledge:**
➢ In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
➢ Solid knowledge of microservices-oriented architectures.
➢ Familiarity with various development technologies and platforms (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, etc.).
➢ Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
➢ Knowledge of modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
➢ Familiarity with Domain\-Driven Design (DDD), both strategic and tactical patterns.
➢ Knowledge of the banking sector, including its products, services, regulations, and challenges.
