Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work as an SRE, responsible for monitoring ticket queues, analyzing incidents, performing restarts and environment recovery, leading war rooms, and escalating issues to vendors. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in SRE with a focus on microservices and Kubernetes 2. Active participation in incident analysis and environment recovery 3. Leadership in war rooms and executive follow-up **We are looking for someone who dares to lead alongside us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Monitor ticket/alert queues via ServiceNow; Analyze Level 1 incidents related to SRE requests; Perform restarts and environment recovery activities; Analyze logs from tools and applications (Dynatrace); Set up and lead war rooms; Escalate issues and open tickets with vendors; Conduct executive follow-ups. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Knowledge of SRE practices (microservices, pipelines, Kubernetes); Knowledge of AWS Cloud; Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Dynatrace); Knowledge of LINUX; Experience and familiarity with DevOps and SRE culture.
