Important: This position requires 100% on-site work! **Key Responsibilities:** Responsible for planning and programming materials in collaboration with suppliers, performing daily follow-up, mitigating potential supply issues, and maintaining material inventory levels in accordance with company-defined targets. Plan materials according to sales demand; Program suppliers by sending the weekly order portfolio; Perform daily follow-up with suppliers to confirm shipments and mitigate potential supply issues; Interface with production planning to align scheduling; Schedule transportation for pickups at suppliers; Interface with the Corporate Import/Export department during import processes; Update Protheus/Drummer system parameters to ensure excellence in scheduling; Maintain inventory levels in line with company targets; Propose and implement operational improvements; Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
