We are seeking a **Business Coordinator** responsible for **structuring, organizing, and scaling commercial operations**, ensuring process governance, information consistency, result predictability, and operational efficiency.
This role will play a central part in **managing the business team, commercial KPIs, the sales pipeline, and the proposal workflow**, while also leading the continuous evolution of departmental processes—with a focus on **automation, standardization, control improvement, and productivity enhancement**.
The professional will operate strategically and systematically, connecting the Business area with **operational and administrative departments**, supporting leadership with analyses and data, and strengthening customer relationships throughout the entire commercial lifecycle.

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Coordinate the Business team, monitoring performance, deliverables, deadlines, and team development;
* Structure, maintain, and evolve CRM governance, ensuring information quality, standardization, and reliability;
* Manage the sales pipeline, forecast, and commercial and operational KPIs to support result predictability;
* Create, monitor, and analyze executive dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making;
* Control and monitor the commercial proposal workflow, ensuring deadlines, quality, and adherence to processes;
* Act **systematically as the focal point between Business, operational departments, and administrative departments** (Finance, Controllership, Technology, Operations, Legal), ensuring process fluidity, alignment, and consistency;
* Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in commercial processes and interfaces with other departments;
* Develop and lead initiatives for automation and operational efficiency gains;
* Establish routines, review cadences, and work standards for the Business area;
* Support the team in strategic customer interactions, adopting a consultative posture focused on relationship-building;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience across the commercial journey;
* Support leadership with strategic analyses, information consolidation, and data-driven recommendations.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Strong experience with **KPI management, CRM, and pipeline control**;
* Experience in **consulting, B2B sales**, or environments involving multiple departments;
* Proven track record managing structured, data-driven commercial processes.
* **Completed undergraduate degree** in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Management, Data, or Process Management (a plus);
* CRM (Pipedrive or similar) management, governance, and evolution;
* Development, analysis, and monitoring of **commercial and operational KPIs**;
* Design and implementation of **executive dashboards and reports**;
* Pipeline and sales forecast control and governance;
* **Advanced-level Excel**;
* Knowledge of **process management and continuous improvement**;
* Experience with **automation of commercial and operational processes and workflows**;
* Experience in **controlling, monitoring, and organizing commercial proposals**.
**Differentiators**
* Advanced SQL knowledge (for data analysis and consolidation).
* Experience with commercial management systems (Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
* Participation in projects implementing commercial efficiency tools or methodologies.
* **Power BI.**
